                from an enemy’s attack or natural disaster. It is hold five times a year. In this training,
                all vehicles are regulated, and people are instructed to move into the closest shelter
                for 20 minutes like what would happen in a real situation. However, despite there
                is a fine when people don’t take part in this training, we can still see many people

                continuing to drive their cars or move as they please during the training. Civil de-
                fense training should be conducted quietly and earnestly, as if it was a real situation.
                    The third way to solve this problem is to fix bad habits. When we witness dan-
                gerous situations, many people may think Is it really going to happen? or Someone
                already called the police. If it was a real exists, this hesitation would be deadly. The
                last solution is to become proficient at taking precautionary measures and knowing
                how to deal with accidents. Because safety accidents can always happen to us, it

                is important to know how to cope with accidents that happen any time and any
                place. We must remind ourselves that we can always be put ourselves in danger
                and learn how to handle these dangerous situations.
                No one can predict when a dangerous situation will occur. There is always danger
                way in any environments. It is most important action to reduce the safety is to be
                aware that danger can exist anywhere and be careful in every situation.
