Is the current situation
acceptable to our country?

Our government doesn't accept this situation.
To increase the country's population, the
government is implementing the following
policies.

First, additional points are given to newlyweds
when purchasing a house. There are several
special conditions for newlyweds, such as
residential area, subscription account, and asset
standards.
Second, lower interest rates when they borrow
from a bank to get an apartment.

Third, up to 150 million won each from both
families (men’s and women’s) at the time of
marriage is exempted from gift tax (parents’
giving money to their children).

If they work well, the government policies
mentioned above can have a big effect on
country’s population increase.
