We are all eager to be good with others. Human relationships are too complex to make it clear by
explaining to someone else. Michael Polanyi, a Hungarian philosopher, first made a concept called
explicit and implicit knowledge. Explicit knowledge can be explained and organized, and we recognize
that we have that knowledge, but implicit knowledge is hard to explain because it’s more complicated
than explicit. He asserted that we misunderstand that only explicit knowledge is knowledge and don’t
acknowledge the implicit. He said we have much more implicit knowledge than explicit knowledge.
Knowledge about human relationships is the same. It’s difficult to make clear the numerous variables
of human relationships. Today, we found three important variables based on the creator’s opinion,
           Tasuseongka.

We have variable people around us. Some are respectful or lovely, but some are unwilling and toxic.
Even good people, it’s not always true that they are attractive and we want to hang out with them. The
first concept is that there’s two types of attractiveness. First is the stable type. Their features are to
make other people comfortable and patient. The second is the stimulating type. They are risk-taking,
unpredictable, and enjoyable to be with. There are pros and cons to each type. The stable ones can be
sometimes boring, and stimulating type is fun but hard to feel comfort with. We should understand we
are one of two types. So we can figure out some weaknesses of our types and complement them. Also,
to try the other type’s strengths. We should not be biased.
The second is figuring out others’s lacks. All people have
lacks, and they affect many areas of life. They can be divided,
whether they overcome their lacks or not, into two types of
people. Our goal is to understand the background of others’
                                                   lacks.

To understand the background of lacks, we should
understand their temperament and environment. Because
the difference between temperament and environment
makes up their lacks. Temperament is a feature made by
genes and experience before 5 years old. It’s popular for
MBTI, but it can’t explain temperament at all. The big five
test is more effective than MBTI. It is tested by professionals and includes openness to experience,
           conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.
