technology and scientific research often determines the pace
of global innovation. Policies that support or restrict research
funding, international collaboration, and technology exchange
can impact global scientific progress. In terms of pandemic
response, the U.S. president's policies on global health issues,
such as funding for international health organizations and
participation in global health initiatives, can influence the global
response to pandemics and other health crises.
For example, the presidential elections of Trump and Biden have significant global implications.
Each presidential candidate prioritizes different issues, which can lead to worldwide impacts
depending on who becomes the President of the United States.
Firstly, there are changes in international relations. During Trump's presidency, he emphasized
America first and caused tensions with allied countries by withdrawing from or renegotiating
various international agreements. In contrast, President Biden aimed to restore relations with
allies and enhance international cooperation, rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement and the World
Health Organization (WHO). He also reinstated and expanded policies like DACA for immigrants.
Secondly, there are differences in economic policies. President Trump emphasized protectionism
and engaged in a trade war with China, which not only affected economic issues but also global
supply chains. Many countries that closely traded with both China and the U.S., especially major
exporters, suffered, facing challenges in finding alternative suppliers for agricultural products,
steel, electronics, and more. Conversely, Biden prioritized economic recovery over trade conflicts,
aiming to strengthen cooperation with allies to enhance responses to China and pursue
multilateral trade agreements. In summary, depending on who wins the U.S. presidential election,
the situation can change significantly, influencing both international relations and economic
                     policies globally.

The results of the U.S. presidential election have far-reaching implications beyond borders.
The policies and priorities of a new administration can bring changes to global economics,
diplomatic relations, environmental issues, human rights, immigration policies, and public health
initiatives. Changes in trade policies affect international trade flows and economic stability, while
diplomatic strategies can reshape alliances and international organization participation. Issues
like climate change have significant impacts on global environmental strategies. Human rights
and immigration policies also have international ramifications. Furthermore, support for scientific
research and technological innovation determines the pace of global innovation. In these various
ways, the United States influences and interacts with us.
