the last sports day. The Spanish language department, which took the lead with a three-
point shot by the wingmen in the beginning, added to the entertainment of the game by
playing a passing game to overcome the defender's height. Although some players were

injured in the second half of the long game, the Japanese language department won 41-39
as a result of everyone's hard work until the end. In the Spanish language department, No.
0 scored 22 points and No. 5 scored 12 points to combine 34 out of 39. However, they

failed to prevent No. 23 who led the Japanese language department’s championship for
three consecutive years performing more than 30 points.
The Spanish language department lost all events except dodgeball, however, the freshmen
were the key player compared to other departments and the players' good performance
manners made many spectators and teachers compliment them.

Take a look at the Spanish and the players' interviews. Asked about the cause of this
year's defeat, the Spanish basketball players say the team's teamwork on a pass play, lack
of rebounding ability due to height differences, and finally, the opponent's performance

was the biggest cause of the loss. Still, their positive mind stood out. Since there are
still two sports competitions left in high school, they showed an upbeat appearance of
aiming to win two consecutive championships. In addition, a player who led the Spanish
department’s dodgeball championships could not hide her excitement, saying that the
joy has not disappeared yet after the sports competition, and finished the interview by

suggesting to freshmen who will enroll next year to join the dodgeball team. I finished
interviews with Spanish students who were positive even though they came in last place.

Interview with D-crew by Jang Nayung
At the end of the sports competition, D-Crew, the dance club of Incheon Foreign
Language High School, performed. D-Crew's performance kept students excited until
the end. They performed with songs such as ‘My Bag’ by (G)I-DLE, ‘Lovesick Girl’ by
