site 'Google'. Also, Google has been selected
as the fi rst place in 'The best foreign company

that people want to work' since 2012. What on
earth makes people want to work in Google?
Google was invented during the process

of Stanford doctor's course by two founders,
Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1996. It was
first named BackRub. BackRub stands for
unique searching algorithm. The Google
engine was born in 1997 and a year later they

founded a corporate company. However,
Google recorded a deficit in their budget.
After meeting Eric Emerson Schmidt in 2001

Google finally could make profits, and it
became the today’s Google.
Why do people want to join Google?
Google has lots of freedom at the workplace
and welfare. Except sitting at a desk, they

walk around and talk to each other when
they are working. Google thinks there is no
relationship between sitting at a desk and

working efficiently so that they don’t have
