they want. Also, Google has an animal friendly mind.
They plan to put goats in the lawn of the Google offi ce
to mow weeds and thickets. That’s because they are

environmental friendly, and don’t make noise pollution
like machines. With these many advantages, Google
took first place in “Ranking for paying employees in
America.”

Who is the right person for Google? They want a person who can propelled their own project without
leaders or bosses. After recruiting these talented people, Google propel ‘20 percent duty hours’, in which
they can do whatever they want in 20 percent of work hours with no surveillance and authoritative check.

We can see their spirit to maintain employees’ creativeness and independence. But you might think there
could be someone who spends their time uselessly. However employees are chasing their dreams so that
they never waste their time, coming up with ‘G-mail’ thanks to this project.
