                   How do you see the 'obviousness' of popular art?











                                                                      Those who want to get serious about television
                                                                      dramas are often tired of the terrible and obvi-
                                                                      ous repetition. Looking back on popular dramas
                                                                      from 1998 to the early 2000s, there are many
                                                                      similar shows that with confusing plots and char-
                                                                      acters, and many shows that are composed of
                                                                      genuine comic stories. These shows can not get
                                                                      good reviews. The plagiarism controversy con-
                                                                      tinued,  and  self-replicating  evil  spilled.  The
                                                                      'Trendy Drama', which has maintained high rat-
                                                                      ings for many years, has become a leading type
                                                                      of drama of young senses. Not only the produc-
                                                                      ers who are tied to the audience rating.


                                                                      A typical element of the development of the ob-
                                                                      vious drama is the 'ambivalence of the Korean
                                                                      Cinderella '. Many types of dramas such as Mr.
                                                                      Cue, Everything on Eve, Truth, and Secrets are
                                                                      this types of drama. So, what kind of person is
                                                                     'ambivalence of the Korean Cinderella'? First of
                            all, the female protagonist is a rival who has a competitive spirit since she was a young
                            woman with another same aged woman working in the same company. They have been
                            racing competitiveness since childhood, and usually the wicked character is set to have
                            stronger competition and inferiority than the good character. Second, one is good and the
                            other is bad. The vivid good and evil composition is a distinctive characteristic of the 'am-
                            bivalence of the Korean Cinderella' and it is a key requirement to attract the viewers. An evil
                            character aggressively attacks a good character and puts him in trouble, but he is ruined
                            because of such a bad influence. An evil character has a much higher level of desire for as-
                            cension and competition than a good character, but has a much stronger hierarchy of desire
                            and competition, and is superior to conspiracy and deceitfulness, so that he is attracted to
                            the surrounding people and puts the good person in trouble. Third, the male protagonist is
                            a high-ranking official or an employee of the workplace where the female protagonists go.
                            The accomplishment of the love with a male protagonist is a shortcut to accomplish success
