The Burqini wearing debate

Have you ever heard of the burqini? The burqini is
a combination of the Burqa, which is an Islamic
women's suit that covers all of the body except the
eyes, and the bikini, which is a women's swimsuit.
According to the Quran, Islamic doctrine, women are
not allowed to show their bodies except for close
family members, such as their husbands.
Women are allowed to go out only when they are
covered in something like the burqas. So, Muslim
women were limited in water activities, such as
swimming. It was the burqini that lifted these
restrictions while meeting the demands of the Islamic doctrine.
It was said that Muslim women wore innovative clothing because

they could have a chance to participate in a wider range of sports
activities while maintaining their religious beliefs. However, there is
a steady opposition to wearing the burqini in public.

Typically, there have been attempts
to legally ban the wearing of a
burqini in France. Manuel Valls, the
French Prime Minister, said that
the burqini, which binds women's
clothing, reflects the world view
based on female slavery. French
politicians also evaluated the
burqini, a symbol of oppression of women, as not compatible
with France, a country of freedom and equality. In addition, in
accordance with the policy of the French Republic that promotes
strict secularism, French law prohibits the wearing of all symbols
