                     Reasons for Apple's Success

"The Success of Apple can be attributed to positive motivation and effective
leadership. Leaders express their character through carefully chosen words and
attitudes, and this should be reflected in their actions for maximum impact. When
subordinates present better ideas than the leader or receive recognition from
peers, the leader should maintain an attitude of sincere acknowledgment and
praise, such as saying, 'I hadn't thought of that; it's truly an excellent idea.' Genuine
praise and expressions should be consistent over time.
Moreover, when facing challenges or difficulties, a leader should recognize the
abilities and potential of their team members and provide opportunities for them
to tackle challenges. While material aspects like money are important, having a
bright career vision for continuous growth significantly influences job satisfaction.
It's crucial to offer them the potential for growth, expressing trust in their abilities
and potential. Saying, 'You seem like you can handle it; how about giving it a
try?' demonstrates confidence in the team's
                     capabilities and growth potential."

Steve Jobs, Apple's former CEO, said teamwork
is the key to Apple's success. He said, "If you
want to hire great people and have them stay
working for you, you have to let them make a lot of decisions and you have to be
run by ideas, not hierarchy." Apple works without committees and operates like a
startup. And, they meet for three hours once a week to discuss various aspects
of the business. Jobs also accepted good ideas from his team. This approach was
