SEO means 'Search Engine Optimization'. This is the first online marketing strategy since the Internet was
created. It is a way to naturally promote websites by exposing them to the top of search engines such as Naver
and Google. SEO is a ‘long-term marketing’ strategy that takes a long time to succeed, but it is the most effective
strategy for investment with e-mail marketing among the types of online marketing.
Email marketing is a method of sending promotional messages such as services and products by e-mail. It is a
very effective marketing strategy, except for the disadvantage that it can be considered as a spam mail. E-mail
marketing is the most effective strategy for investment because costs very little. So companies need to figure out
how to use email marketing effectively. For example, making a title that attracts attention, content production that
increases the conversion rate, etc.
SNS marketing is a strategy for marketing through various social platforms. SNS marketing can be divided
into two categories: advertising marketing and content marketing. In the case of advertising marketing, it is
characterized by targeting based on the users’ tendencies, and in the case of content marketing, the quality of
content is more important than the technical method. It seems that it will be important to effectively select the SNS
to be used. Depending on the propensity of the content that each want to promote. Examples of channels include
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Influencer Marketing is a method of marketing that uses people's psychology to get them to want buy products
which are used by celebrities. It is closely related to SNS, and because of this characteristic, the age group that
can have the greatest effect is the younger age group, which shows the majority use SNS. Examples of SNS
marketing are sponsoring products or services to celebrities, using stars for models, etc.
The techniques of digital marketing on the ever-changing internet are also expected to vary. Therefore, using
appropriate digital marketing according to trends, it will act as an important factor that determines success of a
company.
